The role involves end-to-end merchant support concerning terminal installation, replacement, removal, integration, and e-commerce. Ongoing support to merchants for day-to-day troubleshooting.

Key Tasks and Duties

  • Follow up with vendors for solutions to terminal (hardware/software) issues.
  • Screen POS support reports weekly and monthly with vendors.
  • Maintain stock inventories for all terminal-related items (POS, SIMs, accessories, hardware).
  • Provide ongoing support and problem resolution for merchants.
  • Set up and review merchant documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for terminal installation, replacement, and removal.
  • Conduct card acceptance and fraud awareness training as needed.
  • Handle merchant inquiries and assist the team in resolving merchant queries.
  • Support E-Commerce integration with merchants.
  • Roll out POS integration for all types.
  • Support Merchant APP QR roll-out.
  • Coordinate with CPS team to ensure timely terminal preparations.
  • Assist business in coordinating with vendors for installation, replacement, and removal of terminals.
  • Ensure timely removal of zero-sale terminals for reuse.
  • Provide end-to-end support for application testing, UATs, compliance upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Follow up with vendors on hardware/software issues.
  • Support merchants on POS integration with vendors (DLL) for POS, Smart POS, and Kiosk.
  • Verify and process payments for POS management services.
  • Support POS RM on top 300 key acquiring relationships.
  • Perform periodic POS health checks at top contributing outlets.
  • Handle POS installation for government and key large corporate clients.

Qualifications

A university degree in banking, finance, or a related field.

Experience

At least three years of experience, with a minimum of two years in sales, preferably in merchant acquiring.
