Job Description:

Muscat Livestock is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to drive both internal (in-store, office-based) and external (field, B2B) sales efforts.

This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to promote and expand our meat products and services across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell fresh meat and related products to retail and wholesale clients.
  2. Visit restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and institutions to build and maintain relationships.
  3. Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent in-store service and product knowledge.
  4. Support internal marketing efforts including promotions, campaigns, and visual displays.
  5. Contribute to digital marketing activities including WhatsApp promotions and social media.
  6. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  7. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals efficiently.
  8. Gather market feedback and report trends and customer needs.
  9. Represent the company professionally in public events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in sales (FMCG or food industry preferred).
  3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  5. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Oman.
  6. Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
