Functional Business Analyst

Location: Masqat, Oman

Job Description:

Deep understanding of business processes and their CRM integration, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and convert them into functional specifications. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience.

Engage with business, IT, Operations, or other internal stakeholders and CRM SI partners to gather detailed business requirements for CRM capabilities such as marketing, sales, onboarding, and servicing.

Analyze current processes in detail and design reimagined banking workflows that align with the bank's strategic goals. This involves rethinking workflows, integrating CRM with other banking systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) that outline user needs and system functionalities based on optimized and existing processes.

Elicit requirements documented in the BRD for CRM SI partners to create Functional Specification Documents (FSD).

Review functional specifications provided by CRM SI partners to ensure they align with elicited requirements.

Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Assist in troubleshooting issues during implementation, providing insights into functional requirements and business processes.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
