Job Title: Business Demand Officer

Type of contract: One Year Extendable

Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management and governance of Business Demand Change Requests (end to end)
  • Tracking, reporting, and effective tagging of issues against Business Demand Change Requests
  • Documentation of all Business Demand Change Requests and delays
  • Conducting and managing effective meetings with business units, applications, and focus groups
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Office Suite)
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA is an advantage

Principal Accountabilities

  • Managing Business Demand, including reviewing requests and collaborating with stakeholders to refine scope and obtain consensus
  • Supporting the presentation of change requests for governance and approval processes
  • Creating and managing a schedule for changes, coordinating with IT and vendors, and communicating updates
  • Being the advocate for the BDM team
  • Conducting stakeholder meetings for updates and follow-ups
  • Coordinating between various stakeholders within the bank
  • Updating management committees on progress regularly
  • Supporting the Lead and Head of BDM in managing system customization approval activities
  • Reviewing and updating change requests in the tracking system
  • Analyzing change requests and routing them appropriately
