Note: This is a full-time onsite position based in Muscat, Oman.

altARQ Private Limited is hiring a BIM Specialist with a focus on Civil and Structural Design for an onsite role in Muscat, Oman. This position is ideal for a technically strong BIM modeller who brings accuracy, discipline coordination skills, and a deep understanding of structural systems and civil detailing within the BIM environment.

You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive BIM models for infrastructure and large-scale architectural projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop precise and fully coordinated BIM models for civil and structural elements in Revit
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring clash-free integration with architectural and MEP models
  • Interpret structural drawings, design inputs, and convert them into detailed, construction-ready BIM outputs
  • Generate shop drawings, schedules, quantity take-offs, and documentation directly from BIM models
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific BIM protocols and international standards across project deliverables

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a BIM modeller, with specialization in civil and structural design
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure), Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with international BIM standards, LODs, and construction documentation
  • Strong eye for detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in high-paced project environments
  • Must be open to relocating and working onsite in Muscat, Oman
