  • Minimum role requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • 6 years of total experience. Years of experience in leadership will be an advantage

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure alignment of business enablement systems with company policies and procedures, and provide training to stakeholders on digital tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business needs and align application systems accordingly
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance of business application systems, managing incidents and problems
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure supportable and maintainable application designs
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for application support, ensuring value delivery
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge management systems for application support
  • Manage application support budget allocation and cost control
  • Handle Release Management & Production Deployment
  • Manage technical change management processes
  • Oversee Applications Security Management & Compliance
  • Manage Maintenance Contracts & Managed Service Management
  • Provide L1 & L2 technical support for organization enablement applications
  • Manage Incident & Problem Management
  • Oversee Business Process Controls and internal & external Audit Execution Management
  • Run regular recurring billing cycles
  • Plan, execute, and certify User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
