Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized support professional to provide end-to-end assistance to merchants regarding terminal installation, replacement, removal, integration, and e-commerce. This role will also involve ongoing support for day-to-day troubleshooting arising from merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with vendors for providing solutions to any terminal (hardware/software) issues.
  • Weekly and monthly screening of POS support reports with vendors.
  • Maintenance of stocks for all terminal related inventories (POS, SIMs, accessories & other hardware).
  • Provide ongoing support and problem resolution for merchants.
  • Responsible for setting up and reviewing merchant documents.
  • Coordination with terminal vendors for installation, replacement, and removal of terminals.
  • Card acceptance and fraud awareness training when required.
  • Handling merchant inquiries and assisting the team in resolving merchant queries.
  • E-commerce integration with merchants.
  • POS integration rollout for all types.
  • Supporting merchant app QR roll-out.
  • Coordinating with CPS teams to ensure terminals are prepared on time.
  • Supporting business coordination with terminal vendors for timely installation, new and existing, replacement, and removal of terminals.
  • Timely removal of zero-sale terminals so that they can be utilized at other locations.
  • End-to-end support for all application testing, UATs, compliance upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Following up with vendors for providing solutions to any terminal (hardware/software) issues.
  • Providing end-to-end support to merchants for POS integration along with vendors (DLL) for POS, Smart POS, and Kiosk.
  • Verifying and processing payments for POS managing services.
  • Providing support to POS RM on top 300 key acquiring relationships.
  • Arranging periodic visits to top contributing outlets to perform POS health checks.
  • Installing POS for government and key large corporations.
