Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team with proficiency in Arabic. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and producing visual content. The ideal candidate possesses a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of design principles, and proficiency in various design software.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation:

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, product packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.

Branding and Identity:

  • Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and evolve the brand's visual identity.

Digital and Print Design:

  • Create engaging digital designs for online platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and product packaging that effectively communicate key messages.

Typography and Layout:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout composition, and hierarchy to create visually pleasing and easily digestible designs.

Image Editing and Manipulation:

  • Enhance and manipulate images to improve quality, composition, and relevance in alignment with design objectives.

Must have:

Native or Bilingual proficiency in Arabic

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Familiarity with current design trends and willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain consistency and accuracy in design work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design is a bonus.
