Position: ELV Systems Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. In charge of sales for ELV Equipment including Fleet Administration System, ANPR System, CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, Intrusion Detection, Border Security, Radar, Emergency Alarm, Public Address, Nurse Call Systems, IP Intercom Systems, Guest Room Monitoring System, Visitor Space Access Control System, Master Clock, SMATV/IPTV, Fiber Optic Communications, Structured Cabling, Network Active Switch Component, and Wireless Transmission.
  2. Responsible for sales and services with established monthly and annual targets.
  3. Identifying and pursuing new clients that may benefit from the company's services or products.
  4. Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
  5. Handling and interpreting client demands to understand and meet their needs.
  6. Advising clients on the best solutions in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
  7. Preparing quotes and negotiating tender and contract terms to satisfy both client and company standards.
  8. Closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
  9. Maintaining documentation and following up on 'After Sales' to ensure a smooth and problem-free process.
  10. Maintaining confidentiality of information and not disclosing pricing, margins, or vendor names to competitors.
