**Position:** Business Developer (Omani National)

**Job Purpose:**
To develop strategic relations with major clients (government & private sector) within Oil & Gas, Power & Utility, B&I, and Industry markets, explore new business opportunities, and enhance Bureau Veritas' presence in Oman to drive sales revenue and growth in line with the company's overall strategy.

**Minimum Qualifications & Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a relevant field
  • Preferably graduated from Sultan Qaboos University
  • Good command of English
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Experience in managing key clients is advantageous

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage major accounts, and negotiate deals to meet growth objectives, maximize revenue, and increase market share
  • Assist Sales Manager in developing marketing and business strategies and sales plans for profitable growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in Oman, including regular meetings
  • Maintain a client and market database for analysis and reporting to senior management
  • Contribute to financial planning and project management in Oman
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with management to secure new business
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to adapt sales approaches
  • Support customer events, marketing, and PR initiatives to increase brand exposure in Oman
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including QHSSE requirements
