The Spa Manager (Asian) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness center, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences inspired by traditional and modern Asian wellness practices. This role involves managing spa staff, ensuring service quality, developing treatment menus, and driving revenue and guest satisfaction through personalized, culturally rooted services.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Manage all aspects of the spa's daily operations, including scheduling, guest service, and treatment quality.
  • Develop and implement spa menus with a strong focus on Asian therapies and wellness traditions (e.g., Thai massage, Ayurvedic treatments, Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc.).
  • Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and reception staff to maintain five-star service standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to any concerns or service recovery needs.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to promote spa offerings, seasonal packages, and wellness programs.
  • Oversee inventory control, supply orders, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and health standards within the spa facility.
  • Manage the spa's budget, analyse performance data, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
  • Maintain a serene, clean, and welcoming environment aligned with Asian hospitality principles.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership on wellness-related guest initiatives and cross-promotions.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
  • Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role in a luxury spa or wellness center.
  • Deep knowledge of Asian spa practices and wellness philosophies is essential.
  • Experience working in a five-star hotel or resort spa preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or related spa modalities is preferred.
