Job Title: Treasury Manager – Real Estate – Muscat, Oman

Job Responsibility

  • Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Monitor daily cash balances; forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs.
  • Implement cash flow planning and variance analysis to optimize working capital.
  • Banking & Financing
  • Manage banking relationships across Oman and beyond.
  • Negotiate and manage credit facilities, BOT agreements, and lease-financing arrangements.
  • Investment Oversight
  • Direct short-term investment strategies for surplus funds.
  • Ensure alignment with risk-return objectives and corporate policies.
  • Debt & Capital Structure
  • Manage debt portfolio, covenant compliance, and refinancing initiatives.
  • Guide strategic capital structure decisions amid project funding needs.
  • Risk & Hedging
  • Monitor FX, interest-rate, and liquidity risks.
  • Support hedging strategies where relevant.
  • Policy, Controls & Systems
  • Develop treasury policies aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee implementation/upgrades of treasury systems and internal controls.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Interface
  • Prepare periodic treasury reports for executive management and external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, Projects) and external auditors.
