Purpose:

At Abhi the Corporate Sales Manager role will be required to drive the growth and adoption of the company's financial and fintech solutions within the corporate sector in Oman. This position is responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with large and mid-sized enterprises by offering tailored digital payment, banking, and financial technology solutions. The role plays a key part in positioning the company as a trusted fintech partner, ensuring revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and delivering innovative financial products that meet the evolving needs of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies)

● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and grow corporate accounts across sectors (e.g., retail, logistics, healthcare, hospitality).

● Identify and target key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, IT Heads) in large and mid-sized enterprises for financial and fintech solution offerings.

● Promote and sell digital payment solutions, payroll platforms, expense management tools, corporate cards, and embedded finance products.

● Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.

● Build trusted relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders to increase cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

● Collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams to customize financial solutions based on client requirements.

● Stay up to date with fintech trends, regulations (e.g., CBO guidelines), and competitors to provide market insights.

● Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.

● Represent the company at industry events, fintech forums, and client meetings to build brand visibility.

Knowledge & Skills Requirement:

● Strong understanding of fintech products and services such as digital payments, expense management tools, corporate cards, APIs, embedded finance, and payroll platforms.

● Familiarity with B2B financial services, corporate banking needs, transaction banking, and digital transformation trends in the financial sector.

● In-depth knowledge of B2B sales cycles, account-based selling, and pipeline management.

● Understanding of Oman Central Bank (CBO) regulations and compliance requirements in the financial and fintech sectors.

● Strong grasp of the business landscape, economic trends, and corporate customer behavior in Oman and the broader GCC region.

● Proven ability to generate leads, close complex deals, and grow key accounts in a competitive B2B environment.

● Ability to assess client needs, present customized fintech solutions, and deliver value-driven proposals.

● Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders and decision-makers (CFOs, CTOs, Procurement Heads, etc.).

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and reports.

● Skilled at building long-term partnerships with corporate clients and maintaining high client satisfaction.

● Ability to analyze financial and usage data, interpret market trends, and make informed business recommendations.

● Comfortable working with digital tools, fintech platforms, and understanding technical product offerings.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry with changing client expectations and market dynamics.
