Afkar Investment is a fast growing group managing a portfolio of creative and homegrown brands in F&B and fashion. Each brand has its own identity and community, We are now looking for a talented Videographer and Photographer to help bring our brands to life through dynamic visuals.

About the Role

As the Online Platforms Coordinator, your mission is to ensure our digital storefronts are always accurate, optimized, and performing. You will manage and update listings across platforms like Talabat, Google, TripAdvisor, and more, with a direct focus on increasing visibility and driving sales through ads, promotions, and content optimization. This role requires close collaboration with operations, marketing, and platform partners to ensure a seamless and high converting customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talabat and Other Food Delivery Platforms

• Maintain and regularly update menu items, prices, descriptions, images, and item availability

• Monitor live order performance and work with operations to quickly resolve order issues

• Add and remove seasonal or promotional items in coordination with the brand team

• Drive sales using in app promotions, discounts, paid ads, and featured placements

• Coordinate closely with Talabat and other platform account managers on campaigns and optimization opportunities

• Track key performance metrics including order volume, cancellations, ratings, and customer complaints

• Optimize menu layout and product tagging to improve conversion and discoverability

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports focused on sales growth, visibility, and return on investment (ROI)

Google Business Profile

• Keep business information accurate and up to date including hours, contact details, and links

• Post updates, promotions, and events using Google Posts

• Upload and refresh visual content including store photos, menu visuals, and videos

• Respond to customer reviews professionally and promptly

• Monitor engagement metrics such as clicks, calls, and direction requests using Google Insights

• Flag and report incorrect or inappropriate reviews and listings

TripAdvisor and Review Platforms

• Maintain complete and accurate business profiles including contact information, hours, and menu links

• Upload fresh, high quality images that represent the brand and location

• Respond to customer reviews and actively manage reputation

• Track TripAdvisor rankings and support marketing efforts to improve visibility

• Identify and highlight key reviews and insights to the internal team

Other Online Listings and Platforms

• Conduct regular audits across platforms such as Zomato, Instagram Shopping, local directories, and review sites

• Ensure a consistent brand identity, visual presentation, and up to date business information across all listings

• Coordinate with the marketing team to align content, offers, and platform specific promotions

• Work cross functionally to maintain unified digital standards across all customer facing platforms

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing digital listings or food delivery platforms

• Strong understanding of how to increase sales and performance using platform tools like ads, offers, and sponsored placements

• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable working with analytics tools and dashboards to track and interpret performance data

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership

• Background in F&B, e-commerce, or hospitality is a strong advantage
