About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Supervisor with hands-on experience in the confectionery segment and a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership within the Omani market. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, organized, and capable of managing field teams to achieve aggressive targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop a team of sales representatives across Oman
  • overseeing and managing the sales operations
  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual KPIs
  • Ensure strong market presence and product visibility in both modern and general trade channels
  • Expand distribution footprint and open new accounts
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors
  • Deliver regular performance reports to management
  • Ensure the team meets sales targets
  • Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience in Oman, preferably in confectionery
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of consistent growth and notable achievements in previous roles
  • Deep understanding of Omani retail channels and consumer behavior
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Valid Omani driving license
  • Arabic language is a plus
  • ERP system knowledge
