JOB TITLE

Operations Supervisor | MAF Entertainment | Cinemas

ROLE SUMMARY

The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment. They lead the Customer Service Officers team, Function Assistants, and Technicians during their assigned shift to guarantee excellent guest satisfaction.

ROLE PROFILE

  1. Conducts daily walkthroughs to identify faults, breakdowns, and equipment deficiencies, reporting issues to the on-duty Manager and relevant Technician.
  2. Supports management in supervising designated teams to ensure adherence to schedules, shift rotas, and task completion.
  3. Resolves customer conflicts and complaints to ensure an optimal guest experience.
  4. Leads and motivates the team to achieve goals, promotes upselling opportunities, and ensures awareness of all promotions and products.
  5. Completes daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
  6. Trains and mentors small to medium-sized teams, understanding peak and off-peak times.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma or certification in any discipline, or relevant experience.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced operational environment, including at least 1 year as a Customer Service Officer or Customer Service Representative.
  3. Experience in customer service, sales techniques, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
