• Clean, tidy, and prepare guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities.
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors.
• Ensure all guest supplies are replenished and room setups meet brand or hotel standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest belongings with care and report any lost & found items to the supervisor.
• Notify maintenance of any room or equipment issues (e.g., plumbing, lighting, air conditioning).
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies at all times.
• Assist in cleaning public areas or special assignments as directed by supervisors.
• Report any suspicious behaviour or items immediately as per security protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset (training can be provided).
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods).
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and/or written).
