Job Purpose:

To achieve the sales forecasts and collection of the assigned Orthopaedics- Sports Medicine products by prospecting the territory sales opportunities, building up and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers, promoting assigned products, following up orders processes and collection, sustaining customers' in-service and reporting on competitors' actions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct, document, and communicate analyses and evaluations of customers' preferences, business potential, and competition actions in his/her territory.
  2. Develop the Orthopaedics- Sports Medicine products sales forecasts and action plans conforming to the company strategies for his supervisor review and approval.
  3. Represent AMICO as authorized partner to sell Orthopaedics- Sports Medicine products, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  4. Attend sports medicine surgeries for both knees and shoulders.
  5. Maintain product knowledge about sports medicine implants.
  6. Meet and interact with target customers and key business players, defining sales potentials, promoting and selling the assigned products.
  7. Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns relating to his territory and accounts selling assigned products.
  8. Negotiate and agree on development plans with customers.
  9. Support and provide Customers' in-service.
  10. Ensure skillful technical support to Customers; follow up on customer satisfaction regarding equipment system installation, startup, utilization, and maintenance.
  11. Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements, sales potentials, and competitors' activities.
  12. Establish and maintain relationships with clients (surgeons, nursing, and clinical staff, etc.).
  13. Assist doctors and staff with the installation and setup of equipment.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science / Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy graduate or related field from a recognized institute.
  2. Experience in orthopedic branches like arthroplasty and trauma is a plus but not mandatory.
  3. Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role. Freshers with sales flair are also considered.
  4. Skills: Good communication skills in English and Arabic, ability to build relationships, persuasive, with business acumen and sales flair.
