A Fence Manufacturing Company is looking for a Senior Sales Executive/Sales Lead who is currently based in Oman with at least 2 years of local experience.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to effectively sell fencing products to Oman government entities, infra customers, and the oil & gas industry.

No. of years of Experience required: 2+ Yrs

Any specific skills/experience required: Experience in the Middle East market is preferred. Project sales/value-based selling, direct, institutional sales, and product sales through contractors are preferred.

Any particular industries/location to look from: Manufacturing, steel trading is preferred.

Salary Range: Up to 800 OMR per month

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Customer mapping: Identify opportunities to sell a product/service best suited to the needs of clients. Understand the customer from a business point of view, identify points of contact to close deals, and maintain client contact data.
  2. Solution Designing: Identify needs and understand the problem statement to propose suitable solutions to clients.
  3. Ensure timely collection.
  4. Client Communication: Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs, solving client problems throughout the process/project.
  5. Closing the deal: Analyze cost and sales, negotiate contract terms, and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
  6. MIS: Prepare timely reports.
  7. Quotation follow-ups: Ensure timely updates in CRM.
  8. Interdepartmental coordination & collaboration: Coordinate with Sales Support, Estimation, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Plant personnel for smooth project execution.
  9. Importer Liaison: Understand client requirements regarding quality, labeling, packaging, packing, and markings on export products as well as delivery goods. Stay updated with ever-changing government policies and tariffs on the importation of goods.
