Manazel Construction is seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Executive to join our Marble Division, one of the most advanced and well-equipped marble processing facilities in Oman, established in 1998. Located in Ghala, our facility is equipped with modern machinery for cutting, polishing, and finishing a wide range of marble and granite products.

The ideal candidate should have a valid Omani driving license, strong experience in the local market, and a genuine passion for marble and natural stones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
  • Take accurate site measurements and read basic architectural/shop drawings.
  • Prepare professional proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and update records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate material availability and delivery schedules.
  • Learn and assist in preparing cost estimates and detailed costing for proposal submissions.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3years' experience in marble or construction related sales field.
  • Valid Omani Driving License (mandatory)
  • Proven local experience in sales, preferably within the marble, construction, or building materials sector
  • Basic knowledge of marble and natural stone types and applications
  • Ability to read technical drawings and take on-site measurements
  • Strong skills in proposal writing and Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility for costing and pricing tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
