
Ensuring Excellence in Customer Experience

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that all services provided meet our company's quality standards and client expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality across departments, with a focus on Italian-speaking clientele.
- Review client feedback, analyze complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct quality checks on service delivery (e.g., tours, transfers, accommodations) to ensure compliance with our company standards.
- Audit files and operational processes to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Communicate with Italian-speaking clients when required to clarify feedback or gather insights.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer care teams to ensure quality consistency.
- Prepare regular quality reports, summaries, and recommendations for management.
- Support training initiatives for staff based on identified gaps in service quality.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in quality assurance or operations within the travel, hospitality, or customer service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or quality audit tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
