Job Description:

Muscat Livestock is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to drive both internal (in-store, office-based) and external (field, B2B) sales efforts.

This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to promote and expand our meat products and services across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell fresh meat and related products to retail and wholesale clients.
  • Visit restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and institutions to build and maintain relationships.
  • Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent in-store service and product knowledge.
  • Support internal marketing efforts including promotions, campaigns, and visual displays.
  • Contribute to digital marketing activities including WhatsApp promotions and social media.
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Gather market feedback and report trends and customer needs.
  • Represent the company professionally in public events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales (FMCG or food industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Oman.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
