Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Muscat. Responsibilities include identifying and securing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategies and relationship management
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing client accounts
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and prepare sales reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with other departments
