Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing/branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Manage the marketing team, guiding members to complete promotional campaigns and projects.
- Oversee the development and management of marketing channels to ensure advertising effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyze market data and trends to formulate marketing plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to drive product sales and brand promotion.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/brand management; team leadership experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing channels and strategies, strong market insight, and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, team management, and project management skills.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and business acumen.
