This pivotal role requires a visionary logistics professional capable of driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically establish, lead, and scale a comprehensive 3PL logistics operation from inception.
  • Develop and implement robust operational processes, technology solutions, and quality assurance standards.
  • Lead business development efforts to attract and retain key clients across diverse industry sectors.
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory management, fleet operations, and distribution networks.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international logistics standards.
  • Drive profitability and operational efficiency through strategic management of resources, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive logistics leadership experience, specifically within a reputable 3PL or supply chain environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully launching and scaling logistics operations.
  • Extensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, logistics technology solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional business acumen, strategic planning skills, and financial management capabilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Previous experience in the GCC region is strongly preferred.
