The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to the Sales team throughout the complete sales cycle in order to achieve monthly sales targets, while also ensuring excellent customer service and end-to-end logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

  • To act as the customer's focal point for all operational and logistical needs, collaborating closely with commercial, supply chain, logistics, finance, and other functional teams to meet business objectives while delivering service excellence.
  • To coordinate internally and externally with both prospective and existing clients, ensuring lead generation and client retention.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers while working to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify the best solutions or alternatives.
  • Support the sales cycle by preparing sales orders in SAP/ERP, generating quotations and pro forma invoices, and ensuring timely dispatch to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and review pricing discrepancies on LPOs compared to approved quotations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with sales, supply chain, and credit departments for smooth order processing and execution.
  • Provide administrative support for sales and marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and enhancing visibility.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries via phone or email with a customer-first approach.
  • Host and accompany prospective clients during site visits, addressing inquiries and highlighting the company's unique value proposition.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for sales activities, approvals, and contracts.
  • Sustain long-term relationships with clients by offering continuous support, identifying new opportunities, and recommending service or profit improvements.
  • Coordinate and confirm sales orders, delivery dates, and client requests both internally and externally.
  • Initiate stock transfers from DIC warehouse to showrooms for materials not readily available on-site.
  • Request color key generation from the QC department based on sales team needs.
  • Create SAP contracts, cost sheets (manual and system-based), and secure management approvals for special project pricing.
  • Update SAP cost sheets with revised quantities, product additions, or new project timelines when applicable.
  • Apply customer-specific discounts in SAP upon sales team request.
  • Initiate creation of new article codes in coordination with product teams.
  • Coordinate with Finance for processing of cash receipts and resolving issues with blocked credit accounts.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits to ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and coordinate stock replenishment with the Dubai team.
  • Gather information on customer delivery locations and align with OWG logistics team for dispatch planning.
  • Liaise with OWG to ensure timely delivery and escalate urgent requirements when necessary.
  • Generate delivery notes for OWG and share invoices separately with customers; ensure signed delivery notes are filed properly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with recommendations and insights for sales and logistics performance improvements.
  • Proactively drive corrective actions based on feedback received during status meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales support and/or logistics coordination
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Background in the manufacturing or coatings industry is preferred
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of products, the competitive landscape, and market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
