Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant based in Mumbai. The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and bathrooms, vacuuming floors, and reporting any maintenance issues. The role also involves interacting with guests, responding to their requests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Laundry and Organization Skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training and onboarding new staff
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
