We are representing a leading, international Project Management Consultancy who are seeking a Degree qualified Construction Manager for a retail/leisure project in Muscat, Oman.

Reporting to the site based Project Manager, you will assume typical construction management duties that will include contractor supervision and dealing with architects and design consultants to ensure that the project is built to the developers' requirements.

My client is seeking a talented, ambitious, self-motivated individual who has experience in all aspects of construction but particularly 'base build' and fit-out.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Must possess a relevant degree qualification (My client has stated that they cannot consider candidates without a degree).
  2. Possess a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar capacity with a main contractor.
  3. Previous working experience in Oman or the Middle East will be a distinct advantage.
  4. Must be fluent in Arabic.

If you have the necessary experience then an all-in remuneration package of around 32-34,000 AED will be offered.
