Job Title: Public Relations Officer - PRO

Location: Muscat – Oman

Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate and support registration with the tax department, municipality license, and lease agreement for the office space of the Branch.
  2. Facilitate and support work permit, residency, visa, and immigration-related documentation, including final arrangements.
  3. Prepare letters of invitation and obtain required attestation.
  4. Schedule staff's visa, medical appointments, and coordinate with internal and external departments.
  5. Coordinate collecting all necessary documentation for visas and permits required for processing by the Oman Branch.
  6. Support staff queries related to visas, passports, and general matters.
  7. Ensure all visas, medical, and labor permits are up to date and arrange for timely renewal.
  8. Assist human resources with inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
  9. Provide office administrative and HR support as required.
  10. Handle public relations tasks, including machine inspections, machine registration, signboard approvals, CR paper updates, etc.
  11. Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate manager and management.
Other Requirements:
  • Graduate or relevant college diploma holder.
  • Experience: 5+ years, preferably in the same industry.
  • Omani national (Required).
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages (Required).
  • Oman driving license (Required).
  • Own vehicle (Required).
