Job Overview:

Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead its IT Infrastructure Business.

This individual will be responsible for driving new business development (BD) and overseeing the P&L management for the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development initiatives for the IT Infrastructure Business, targeting key sectors such as banking, government, Oil & Gas, energy, and enterprise.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities in IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, and networking solutions.
  • Manage the overall P&L for the IT Infrastructure Division, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded while maintaining cost controls and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and client requirements in all infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their infrastructure needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure Sales role.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and profitability.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure solutions such as cloud computing, data centers, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
