About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Healthcare Solutions to lead our healthcare division. The successful candidate will oversee the operations, sales, and technical teams while spearheading new business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the division and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our healthcare solutions and medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Solutions Division and implement operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare solutions, including software, IoT devices, and system integrations.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare projects, ensuring they meet quality and performance benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and growth plan of our healthcare division.
  • Analyze business performance data and market insights to inform long-term planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Medical Informatics, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare solutions, IT services, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, operations, sales, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare IT solutions, hospital management systems, telemedicine, or similar technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Business development experience with a demonstrated ability to win new clients and manage complex negotiations.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
