
Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Sukoon Insurance. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales strategies, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a competitive environment that involves external meetings and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets as established, focusing on a specific range of products/services within identified geography.
- Develop and maintain strong awareness of the local market and create a database for prospective clients.
- Reports daily on activities through the CRM system.
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcomes of transactions.
Requirements:

- Graduate degree in business administration
- 2 years experience in a similar role in the insurance industry
