Job Overview:

  • This role focuses on managing sales functions for assigned portfolios by executing sales strategies.
  • The incumbent ensures that the sales team adheres to the company's mission, vision, and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures.
  • The primary goal is to achieve specific portfolio targets by directing sales teams to meet dealer management requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily performance of sales teams by following up on vehicle sales achievements and ensure the required sales target is achieved.
  2. Manage sales teams to achieve pre-determined operational targets by providing and analyzing business plans.
  3. Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to ensure that specific portfolios of business performances are met.
  4. Ensure sales processes are efficient and customer complaints are managed by promoting standard sales procedures to sales team members.
  5. Coach sales team members to deliver a consistent standard of customer care while taking actions to develop individuals for future growth within the organization.
  6. Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of capturing customer data and accuracy at all points of sales.
  7. Meet with the sales team to update on product knowledge through regular discussion and sharing information to enhance sales team confidence and performance.
  8. Address customer complaints requiring support to the sales executives to maintain customer satisfaction and achieve Customer Engagement targets.
  9. Manage documentation and legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business.
