Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals to sell migration services for Permanent Residency and work permits in Canada, Australia, UK, or Europe. As an Immigration Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding candidates through the complex process of immigration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle confidential documents related to immigration programs, client analysis, options, contracts, monitoring, and case reporting updates.
  • Manage high-volume outbound calls, multitasking, prioritization, and client case processing.
  • Report, communicate, and adhere to client agreements.
  • Achieve expectations, deadlines, and financial targets.

Main Duties:

  • Respond to inbound leads via telephone and social media.
  • Initiate outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Use pre-set templates to respond to inquiries.
  • Offer guidance on overseas options, enabling candidates to make informed decisions.
  • Provide accurate information based on current immigration laws and policies.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles fairly and neutrally.
  • Create personalized career strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Follow up on leads, offering ongoing guidance and advice.
  • Inform clients about available programs and countries served.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain target achievements and close contracts.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales, negotiation, consulting, and collections experience is required.
  • Demonstrate proven sales conversion ability.
  • Excel in interpersonal skills and clear communication.
  • Show teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to handle client interactions over the phone and in person.
  • Flexibility under pressure is essential.
