Senior Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and oversee the daily operations of our all-day dining restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and timely food delivery.
  • Lead and motivate the service team to maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Plan and manage staffing schedules based on business levels and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and efficient food preparation.
  • Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the restaurant in accordance with brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Implement and enforce hotel and department policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Analyze sales reports and drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement.
  • Assist in achieving departmental financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent guest service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine service, and HACCP regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
