Restaurant Manager Job Summary

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability.

  • Oversee front-of-house staff supervision, guest service, and ambiance.
  • Ensure high-quality food and beverage service in line with culinary traditions and hotel standards.
  • Train and motivate the restaurant team to provide culturally sensitive and attentive service.
  • Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu authenticity, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and cultural awareness.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and assist with purchasing to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract guests and enhance revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field and have minimum 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage management, preferably with exposure to Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

  • Deep understanding of Arabic culture, cuisine, and dining customs.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software.
