Sales Solutions Expert

We are looking for a skilled sales executive to drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the ERP, SIS, and Process Automation markets. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Key Accountabilities
  • Pursue and close high-value sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationship-building skills to secure deals.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales plans, aligning with company objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales performance, implementing process enhancements and best practices to achieve exceptional results.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, with a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the ERP, SIS, and Process Automation sectors.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop targeted sales solutions, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
