We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Strategist to lead our Technology Academy. This role will require collaboration with stakeholders across Technology, IT Audit, IT Security Risk Management, and Human Resources to develop and implement effective learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive skills gap analyses to evaluate current capabilities and inform targeted learning interventions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the Technology Academy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Understand various technology functions to tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Set policies and processes for the Technology Academy in line with overall organizational policies.
  • Create customized L&D strategies and curricula to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Integrate strategic organizational goals into learning initiatives.
  • Implement innovative learning channels and technologies.
  • Train supervisors and managers to mentor and coach their teams.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of learning programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Analyze learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all academy-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  1. Strong experience in collaborating with stakeholders across Technology, IT Audit, IT Security Risk Management, and Human Resources.
  2. Proven experience in designing and executing learning and development initiatives within the Bank Technology function.
  3. Ability to deliver complex and high-profile L&D programs to a technical workforce.
  4. Experience in vendor management.
  5. Skills in conducting skills gap analysis within a technology team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning trends and technologies, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

This is a direct and permanent position with the organization.
