Senior Technology Development Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technology learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive skills gap analyses, identifying areas for improvement and driving targeted learning interventions.
  • Technology Function Expertise: Develop in-depth understanding of various technology functions and address their specific learning needs.
  • Policies and Processes: Establish and drive policies and processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Innovative Learning Channels: Implement cutting-edge learning technologies and channels.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong Experience: Proven track record in collaborating with stakeholders across technology, IT audit, IT security risk management, and human resources.

  3. Vendor Management: Strong expertise in managing vendors and budgets.
  4. Skills Gap Analysis: Comprehensive analysis of skills gaps within technology teams.

This position requires a Mid-Senior level candidate with strong experience in information technology.
