Junior HR Generalist Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as a Junior HR Generalist.

This role requires strong communication skills, a high work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

You will provide HR support by answering team members' questions and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts.

Maintaining our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners is also part of your responsibilities.

Owning global projects such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives is another key aspect of this role.

Partnering with managers and employees, supporting HR processes, and driving the people strategy for your areas of responsibility is essential.

You will be responsible for providing support to employees for the enrollment and processing of benefits and the payroll process, ensuring monthly data is provided on time and accurate.

Liaising with payroll to guarantee smooth salary payments is also an important task.

Creating purchase orders for internal departments, conducting regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and GDPR compliant, and continually working to better our processes are also key responsibilities.

This role entails frequent interaction with professionals at all levels, including leads, managers, and executives.

Your duties include providing information about the new starter process and onboarding, responding to general inquiries, and collaborating with the management team.
