Sales and Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Operations Manager, where you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding sales results.

You will have a proven track record of successfully running a profitable retail store, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster a positive and productive team environment that promotes excellent customer service and drives sales growth.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities to maximize sales.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  6. Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  7. Minimize stock loss through the implementation and adherence of stock management policies and procedures.
  8. Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance.
  9. Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  10. Conduct stock takes in-store in liaison with the Operations team.
  11. Adhere to company Health & Safety standards at all times.
  12. Provide leadership and direction to team members towards achieving goals and objectives.
