Job Overview

The Contract Management Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the organization and project team in handling contractual and related commercial aspects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage contract lifecycles during project execution and warranty phases, including review and drafting of amendments, contractual documents, and renewal of contracts.
  • Comment on contractual clauses and requirements.
  • Support change management processes, including drafting and reviewing change orders, claims, backcharges, penalties, and defending against incoming claims from customers, subcontractors, and key vendors.
  • Safeguard contractual obligations by tracking and issuing notifications timely, monitoring milestones and payments in cooperation with the project team.
  • Ensure notification and submission of requests and notices, especially those subject to time limits.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with cable or energy industry requirements.
  • Proven knowledge of EPC suite of contracts.
  • Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a contract specialist.
  • Track record of successfully executing multidisciplinary projects with diverse customers and contractual frameworks.
