Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Commercial Manager in a remote site. As a key member of the project team, you will play a crucial role in the performance of all operations from a commercial and financial perspective.

You will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, analyzing financial data, and preparing project performance reports and recommendations for the executive team. Additionally, you will supervise the implementation of and adherence to the commercial management plan, subcontract management plant, and project risk management plan.

Other key responsibilities include monitoring, reviewing, and keeping relevant parties informed on the timeliness, cost, revenue, risk, progress, and performance of the project. You will also liaise with the construction team to ensure commercial processes and operations are effective, efficient, and transparent.

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the procurement and commercial structure/framework for the project. This includes monitoring subcontractor and supply agreement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and setting direction and providing clear and timely feedback to direct reports on their performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification, extensive experience in commercial management, and a strong working knowledge of design & build. They should also have a background in high-value/complex projects, experience in FIDIC Yellow book, and effective communication skills.
