
Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our organization, a leading provider of innovative ERP and Software Business Applications.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales for ERP and software products, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless contract renewals and customer succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Rewal Handling:
- Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and negotiation to retain customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell during the renewal process to maximize customer value.
- Customer Succession Planning:
- Strategize and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity in client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a smooth transition for customers, addressing potential challenges effectively.
- Market Research and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contract renewals in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in renewal management and succession planning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM-Salesforce or other CRM/ERP tools.
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
