About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Sales Specialist to expand our presence both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology solutions sales and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Renewal Handling:
- Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and negotiation to retain customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell during the renewal process to maximize customer value.
- Customer Succession Planning:
- Strategize and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity in client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a smooth transition for customers, addressing potential challenges effectively.
- Market Research and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contract renewals in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
