Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled I&C Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of I&C systems and equipment in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule maintenance of C&I systems and/or equipment to ensure that recommended intervals of checks and tests, as well as any part replacements, are done according to OEM recommendations and/or insurance guidelines.
  • Carry out Root Cause Analysis for every unplanned outage or breakdown stemming from his area of responsibility, taking proactive action to mitigate and prevent such reoccurrences.
  • Develop key concepts for C&I equipment that can be moved from Preventive to Reliability-centred maintenance.
  • Develop a list of all C&I assets in a logical sequence and maintain proper history of each.
  • Compile reports on activities carried out, material and manpower used, costs, and any noticed points of concern.
  • List critical spares required to maintain plant availability with economical investment, allocate Min/Max level for inventory items and consumables, and codify and implement stock controls.
  • Undertake safety surveillance in all work areas to ensure proper implementation of and compliance with all company safety procedures, precautions, and rules.
