Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering information management strategies, standards, and processes for client-facing projects and programs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will establish and manage the project/programme information management function following set strategies, standards, and processes. This includes training project/programme colleagues in information management practices and processes, promoting awareness and continuous improvement.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Defining and delivering information management strategies, standards, and processes for client-facing projects and programmes.
  • Establishing and managing the project/programme information management function following set strategies, standards, and processes.
  • Training project/programme colleagues in information management practices and processes.
  • Managing assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored.
  • Line managing, coaching, and supporting the information management team working on the project, including direct and indirect reports.
  • Contributing to the global digital centre of excellence, including knowledge base, processes, and case studies.
  • Contributing to bids with information management strategies and solutions.
  • Supporting the setup, implementation, and development of the common data environment (CDE).
  • Collaborating towards the net zero carbon transition by proactively managing associated emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in information systems or equivalent.
  • Technical qualifications such as APM IM, Association of Information Managers certifications.
  • Expertise in information management software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, SharePoint, etc.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Solibri, model assurance.
  • Experience in information management across multiple projects and programmes, including information architecture, naming conventions, and ISO19650 standards.
