Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee construction sites, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within expectations.

  • Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control.
  • Oversee daily site operations, including labor supervision, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks.
  • Monitor project progress, manage resources, and resolve issues to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Provide technical support to team members and ensure adherence to project procedures and protocols.
  • Manage project schedules, invoices, and submittals, as well as address unexpected challenges, delays, and emergencies that may arise.
  • Effectively interact with stakeholders, consultants, and other partners to provide suitable input on commercial matters and drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 12+ years in construction management, with a focus on water and wastewater network and infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, strong organizational and planning abilities, dynamic personality, assumes ownership of responsibilities, proficiency in relevant software, effective communication, and multitasking skills.
