We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our organization's Human Resources and General Services function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the department's team, and overseeing daily operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the department's team, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Oversee daily operations, providing expertise and enabling teamwork to achieve high performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Implement HR initiatives/projects to drive business results.
  • Design and develop compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Promote organizational growth and development through talent management and succession planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR Management, with 4 years at a supervisory level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
