
Strategic Business Development Lead

As a strategic business development lead, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of financial management, communication, and planning for the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain departmental policies, processes, and procedures
- Set SMART KPIs for each role and oversee the creation and implementation of SLAs
- Lead the development and execution of digital and growth services strategies
- Formulate business strategies and manage regional budgets and financial plans
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, managing and negotiating contracts
- Manage team performance to meet regional and company objectives
- Implement regional marketing and sales plans to drive business growth
- Respond to market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and enhance brand awareness
- Coordinate regional events, campaigns, and promotions, and manage financial performance
- Conduct market analysis and planning, communicating with internal stakeholders to promote alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, reporting regional performance to executive leadership
- Lead business development initiatives and manage risk mitigations that may impact regional performance
- Oversee customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction across all products and services
- Keep abreast of new industry developments, and ensure effective resource allocation to meet regional goals
- Facilitate training and coaching and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Lead all regional infrastructure functions, ensuring network availability and quality
